Is it me, or are there a plethora of mindful drinking, consumption reduction and/or “sober-lit” articles lately? With a ton of online stories swirling, I revisited the story I wrote for ABG in January, on How to Put Mindful Drinking on Your 2021 List. I ran a scorecard on how I’m doing with my own consumption habits.
In her first post fo 2021, this week Cathy considers some of her new habits that fall outside the category of alcohol consumption while still inside the realm of wellness, mindfulness and health.
Yes, we can do big things. But we can do small things too. And that’s where I’d like to start this year: not with monumental changes or tectonic shifts of disruption or pendulum swings toward massive goals, but with nudges and increments and edging ever so much closer.
