Founded by Julia Coney, Black Wine Professionals aims to lift up the multifaceted Black professionals in the world of wine and be a resource for wine industry employers and gatekeepers, professionals, and the food and beverage community.

Safe Bars uses innovative bystander education strategies to empower D.C.-area bar, restaurant, and club staff to stand up against sexual harassment and assault. They also train people all over the country to start Safe Bars programs where they live.

Women of the Vine & Spirits (WOTVS) is the leading membership organization, worldwide, dedicated to boldly pushing the wine, beer and spirits industry toward a more diverse, equitable and inclusive era that empowers all to succeed. Badass Bartender, created by WOTVS CEO Deborah Brenner, is the first-of-its-kind community, worldwide, for female bartenders to unite, be empowered and stay inspired.
Women Owned Wineries (Sonoma)
Launched in 2017 by Amy Bess Cook, Woman-Owned Wineries helps to create greater equity in the industry through its wine club, wine directory and storytelling project.
Chicago Hospitality Accountable Actions Database
Chicago Hospitality Accountable Actions Database is a spreadsheet designed to keep track of local establishments’ ethical practices. Using the database, you can find which businesses stand in solidarity with the Black lives matter movement, adheres to COVID-19 guidelines, have multiple employee complaints, and which ones have owners who are white supremacists, and more. Also, CHAAD uses the information collected to offer much-needed resources for hospitality workers.

Rooted in community and representation, Hispanics in Wine is a nonprofit organization providing educational and career-advancement opportunities to the ever-growing Hispanic and LatinX community of beverage professionals in the United States and worldwide.
